Meet Heide Maki

Registered Nurse & Owner of Sunkissed Med Spa

Heide Maki has an extensive background in healthcare and began her training as a Registered Nurse over 20 years ago. She has worked in a variety of specialties; predominantly caring for the critically ill patient in the ICU setting. Throughout her career as a nurse there was one common theme that continued to arise and that was the health of a patients skin always seemed to correlate with the well being of the patient. And that simple understanding is what drove her to become an Esthetician. Heide has first hand experience with skin issues, she was diagnosed with Rosacea 10 years ago and after years of taking multiple medications with out relief she decided to seek a different path with a holistic mindset. It was through her research and working with holistic skin therapists her passion grew and she decided to open Sunkissed Med Spa. Heide Believes in taking a holistic approach to skin health, understanding the value in good nutrition, exercise and a home skin care regimen will all impact and improve our skin health. Our bodies are a temple in which for us to survive let’s treat it with the utmost respect and nourish it with love.

Meet Andrea M. Bernhard, MD

Medical Director | Aesthetic Medicine & Body Contouring

Dr. Andrea Bernhard is a board-certified physician and the Medical Director for Sunkissed Med Spa, where she combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to help clients achieve their ideal aesthetic goals. With a passion for non-invasive and minimally invasive body contouring, Dr. Bernhard specializes in advanced treatments designed to sculpt, tone, and enhance natural beauty safely and effectively.

After earning her medical degree from the University of Texas medical branch at Galveston and completing her clinical training in Family Medicine at the University of Hawai’i Dr. Bernhard pursued additional certification and hands-on training in aesthetic medicine. She is committed to providing personalized care, using the latest technologies in body contouring to deliver noticeable, confidence-boosting results.

At the heart of her practice is a belief in empowering clients to feel their best through tailored treatment plans, honest consultation, and meticulous attention to detail.

Charlotte Rozsa

Licensed Esthetician

Charlotte is a dedicated Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and results-driven treatments. With a gentle touch and a genuine love for skincare, she creates a relaxing experience while tailoring each facial to meet her clients’ unique needs and goals.
Committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest skincare techniques, Charlotte combines her knowledge with a warm, welcoming personality to help every client feel confident and cared for. Tori Thornock, RN

Tori is a compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in critical care, where she developed exceptional clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first approach. Her experience caring for patients in high-acuity settings has given her a deep understanding of safety, precision, and individualized care.
Passionate about helping others look and feel their best, Tori combines her medical expertise with a warm, approachable personality to create a comfortable and supportive experience for every patient. She is dedicated to ongoing education and providing treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing patient safety and outstanding results.
